WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
IN CONSIDERATION OF my minor child (the "Participant") being permitted to participate in the air-gun safety
and marksmanship class (the "Activity") offered by Glen Rose Christian Co-op (a Texas non-profit organization)
at Rainbow Baptist Church, 1571 FM 200, Rainbow, TX 76077, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, on
behalf of myself, the Participant, and our heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, acknowledge and
agree as follows:

1. Description of Activity and Risks: The Activity involves weekly outdoor training on air-gun safety and
marksmanship using .177 caliber pellets, starting with safety instruction. Eye protection will be provided
and required. Parents/guardians are welcome but not required to attend. I understand that air-gun
activities are inherently dangerous and involve risks including, but not limited to, bodily injury, eye
damage, hearing loss, cuts, bruises, sprains, fractures, permanent disability, or death from projectiles,
ricochets, equipment failure, slips, falls, or actions of other participants, even with safety measures in
place.

2. Assumption of Risk: I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Participant's
involvement in the Activity, whether known or unknown, including those arising from the condition of the
premises or equipment.

3. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Glen Rose
Christian Co-op, its board, teachers, administrators, volunteers, and Rainbow Baptist Church
(collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or
causes of action for any injury, damage, loss, or death to the Participant or myself, including
those caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent
permitted by Texas law. This release covers only the air-gun class and does not extend to other co-op
activities.

4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any
claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from the Participant's
participation in the Activity, including third-party claims.

5. Emergency Medical Authorization: I authorize the Released Parties to obtain emergency medical
treatment for the Participant if needed, at my expense. I will provide any necessary medical information
and agree to reimburse all related costs.

6. Acknowledgment: I am the parent/legal guardian of the Participant, who is a minor under 18. I have
read this agreement, understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily. This agreement is governed by Texas
law. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
